At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in industry in the Fergana region amounted to 9,725.0 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 8.5%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 21.3% and, compared to 2017, increased by 2.5 percentage points.
