At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in construction in the Bukhara region amounted to 3,151.5 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 11.4%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 8.4% and increased by 0.4 percentage points compared to the previous year, and by 1.4 percentage points compared to 2017.
