At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Samarkand region amounted to 23,622.4 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 4.6%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP amounted to 44.9%.
