At the end of 2021, gross value added (GVA) in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in Surkhandarya region amounted to 14,089.2 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 4.6%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP amounted to 47.9%.
