The share of electrified sections in the length of public railways amounted to 40.8%, having increased by 2.1 p.p. compared to the same period last year.
In particular, the largest share in the total length of electrified railways falls on Tashkent - 19.5%, Kashkadarya - 16.6%, Samarkand - 12.7% and Surkhandarya - 10.1% of the region.
