According to the results of January-March 2022, the share of industry in the GDP of the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 32.5%.
Navoi (76.4%) and Tashkent (54.1%) regions have the largest shares of industry in the sectoral structure of GRP. The smallest shares of industry were noted in Surkhandarya (7.5%), Khorezm (17.7%) and Jizzakh (18.5%) regions.
