In January-March 2022, 16,195 tons of fish were caught in the republic, this figure for the corresponding period of 2021 amounted to 103.2%.
The largest volume of fish caught was recorded in organizations engaged in agricultural activities - 11,803 tons, or 72.9% of the total volume of its catch, on the contrary, low volumes were observed in dekhkan (personal subsidiary) farms - 1,206 tons (7.4%).
