On June 3, 2022, a meeting dedicated to the final event of the EU4Energy program was held in Paris (France). The meeting, organized by the International Energy Agency, was attended by specialists from national statistical organizations from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine in the field of energy statistics.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the European Union and energy statistics experts from national and international statistical organizations. From the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Head of the Department of Industry Statistics S. Zhuraev took part in the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the results of the implementation of the EU4Energy program, identified problematic issues and the main directions for their solution, and assessed the main achievements of the EU4Energy program aimed at supporting the implementation of sustainable energy policies and the development of the energy sector as a whole.
