In January-May 2022, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the volume of construction work performed amounted to 45682.3 billion soums, and the growth rate compared to the corresponding period in 2021 reached 106.2%.
The share of work by large construction organizations in the total volume of construction work is 24.7%, by small enterprises and microfirms - 59.9%, and by the informal sector - 15.4%.
