According to the data published by the statistical services of the CIS member states, in April 2022, the highest growth rate of food prices was recorded in the Republic of Moldova at the level of 5.7%.
In neighboring Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic, food prices rose by 3.1% in April, and by 1.4% in the Republic of Tajikistan.
For information, in the Republic of Uzbekistan in April 2022, food prices increased by 2.1%.
