According to the results of January - March 2022, the gross value added (GVA) in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Republic of Karakalpakstan amounted to 626.4 billion soums and, compared to January - March 2021, increased by 1.2%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 12.4% and, compared to January - March last year, decreased by 0.4 percentage points, and compared to the same period in 2018, increased by 0.9 percentage points.
