A seminar on the topic: "Preparation for the population census" was held in the Zamin district of the statistics department of the Jizzakh region.
At the seminar, the Department of Statistics of the Zaminsky district provided information on the work carried out in pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 710 dated November 11, 2020 “On measures to prepare and conduct a population census in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2023”.
The seminar reviewed the organizational and methodological principles of conducting a population census, approbation of software and hardware and technological processes for data processing.
The specialists spoke in detail about the work done to date in preparation for the population census, as well as about the tasks that need to be implemented in the future.
