In January-June 2022, 41,630 tons of fish were caught in the republic, this figure for the corresponding period of 2021 amounted to 111.9%.
The largest volume of fish caught was recorded in farms - 19,697 tons, or 47.3% of the total volume of its catch, on the contrary, low volumes were observed in dekhkan (personal subsidiary) farms - 2,852 tons (6.9%).
