On August 15, 2022, a meeting was held at the State Committee on Statistics with the participation of a delegation of the Agency on Statistics under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
At the event, which was organized to exchange experience and develop cooperation between the two state statistics bodies, the leadership of the State Committee on Statistics and representatives of the Agency on Statistics under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan exchanged views on household budget research.
The members of the delegation were informed about the financial support of the World Bank within the framework of the project "Modernization of the Household Budget Survey and Poverty Monitoring" to carry out some work on updating the software for data collection, as well as the exchange of experience for use in statistical purposes.
According to the plan, the meetings of representatives of the two state statistical offices will last until August 19 this year.
