In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-July 2022, coal and lignite mining enterprises produced products worth 675.3 billion soums. The physical volume index of the network compared to January-July 2021 amounted to 102.8%.
Also in the republic in January-July 2022, the largest share in the total coal and lignite industry fell on the share of the Tashkent region 626.3 billion soums (92.7%).
