According to the results of January-June 2022, the GRP of Kashkadarya region amounted to 22,234.2 billion soums and, compared to January-June 2021, increased by 4.6%. In the following main sectors, positive growth rates were recorded: in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 103.5% (share in the GRP structure - 35.9%), industry - 105.6% (18.8%), construction - 106, 8% (7.0%) and the service sector - 104.2% (38.3%). GRP per capita increased by 2.4% and amounted to 6,494.6 thousand soums.
