According to the results of January-June 2022, the gross value added (GVA) in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Republic of Karakalpakstan amounted to 2,137.0 billion soums and, compared to January-June 2021, increased by 3.2%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 18.2% and, compared to January-June last year, decreased by 0.2 percentage points, and compared to the same period in 2018, increased by 1.2 percentage points.
