As of July 1, 2022, the working-age population in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 20382.1 thousand people with a share of 57.2% in the total population. By regions, the largest share of this indicator was 59.1% in the Khorezm region, the smallest 56.1% in the Samarkand region.
