As of July 1, 2022, in all categories of farms in the Kashkadarya region, the total number of cattle amounted to 1,649.9 thousand heads (102.8% compared to July 1, 2021), of which 532.7 thousand heads are cows (102.8%), sheep and goats - 4,727.5 thousand heads (102.1%), horses - 34.2 thousand heads (104.9%) and birds - 5,913.0 thousand heads (102.5%).
