According to the results of January-June 2022, the gross value added (GVA) in construction in Kashkadarya region amounted to 1,490.4 billion soums and, compared to the same period in 2021, increased by 6.8%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 7.0% and increased by 0.5 percentage points compared to January-June last year, and decreased by 0.4 percentage points compared to the same period in 2018.
