According to the results of January-June 2022, the gross value added (GVA) in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Syrdarya region amounted to 2,409.0 billion soums and, compared to January-June 2021, increased by 3.3%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 32.5% and, compared to the same period in 2018, decreased by 5.6 percentage points.
