In January-September 2022 in the Republic of Uzbekistan, investments in fixed assets directed to the mining industry amounted to 12.4 trillion UZS and the share in the total volume of investments in fixed capital for all types of economic activity in the republic were noted at the level of 6.5%.
Also, of these, 3.8%, or 7.2 trillion. sums of investments in fixed capital are disbursed for the extraction of crude oil and natural gas.
