On December 3, 2021, the Head of State adopted decrees “On measures to organize the activities of assistant khokims on the development of entrepreneurship, employment and poverty reduction in the mahalla” and “On priority areas of state policy for the development of entrepreneurship, employment and poverty reduction in the mahalla”.
In order to ensure the execution of decrees, assistants to the hokim, as well as special representatives of state bodies and organizations of the republic, are attached to each mahalla of our country to increase the efficiency of their work.
19 representatives of the republic from the Goskomstat system also work together with assistant khokims to develop entrepreneurship, ensure employment and reduce poverty in mahallas of districts and cities.
Attached representatives of the republic and assistants to khokims communicate daily with residents in mahallas, listen to their problems and try to eliminate existing shortcomings in a timely manner.
Keldiyor Kurbonov, appointed as the representative of the Republic from the State Committee on Statistics in the Kamashinsky district of the Kashkadarya region, is also working to improve the quality of life of the population together with the hokim's assistants working in the mahallas of the district.
For information, 280 thousand people live in 60 mahallas of the Kamashinsky district. Of these, 338 people are listed in the Iron Notebook, 4,657 people are in the Women's Notebook, and 171 citizens are in the Youth Notebook.
At the initiative of the representatives of the republic and assistants to the hokim, for 10 months of 2022, 1,478 citizens of the Kamashinsky district were provided with preferential loans for entrepreneurship in the amount of 33 billion 397 million soums.
Over the past period, on the initiative of representatives of the republic and assistants to the khokim, 807 new projects were launched, and 1,855 citizens were employed.
At the initiative of representatives of the republic and assistants to the khokim, a total of 579 citizens were allocated subsidies in the amount of 1 billion 77 million soums.
