In January-March 2023, 526.6 thousand tons of meat (in live weight) were produced in the republic, this indicator by the corresponding period of 2022 amounted to 103.9%.
The largest volume of meat production (in live weight) was recorded in dekhkan and subsidiary farms - 472.0 thousand tons, or 89.6% of its total production, on the contrary, low volumes were observed in farms - 23.8 thousand tons (4.5%).
