In total, in January-April 2023, large enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan produced 2.7 thousand tons of sausages, compared with the corresponding period in 2022, the volume of production increased by 13.6%. In the Republic of Uzbekistan in April 2023, large enterprises produced 0.6 thousand tons of sausages.
