Based on the results of January-September 2023, gross value added in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the Surkhandarya region amounted to 14,071.5 billion soums and increased by 6.4 % compared to January-September 2022. At the same time, the share of this sector in GRP amounted to 48.7 %.
