On December 4, 2023, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade held a training and practical seminar on statistical assessment of the volume of disbursed investments in fixed assets in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The seminar was attended by senior officials of ministries, departments, economic associations and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional khakimiyats and the city of Tashkent.
The purpose of organizing this seminar is to correctly reflect in statistical reporting foreign investments made in projects implemented within the framework of the Investment Program.
At the seminar, the head of the investment and construction department of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Muzaffar Jomolov, spoke, who explained the volume of investments being developed in the country in order to ensure timely and high-quality statistical reporting for January-September 2023.
