According to a sample survey by the Statistics Agency, as of January-November 2023 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 76.2 % of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
households with one child – 22.7 %;
households with two children – 28.8 %;
households with three children – 18 %;
households with four or more children – 6.7 %.
According to the survey, 23.8 % of households do not have children under the age of 16.
