According to a sample survey by the Statistics Agency, as of January-November 2023 in the city of Tashkent, 60.9 % of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
households with one child – 20.2 %;
households with two children – 22.3 %;
households with three children – 12.5 %;
households with four or more children – 5.7 %.
According to the survey, 39.1 % of households do not have children under the age of 16.
