According to a sample survey by the Statistics Agency, as of January-December 2023 in the Namangan region, 73 % of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
households with one child – 23.8 %;
households with two children – 26.1 %;
households with three children – 15.9 %;
households with four or more children – 7.2 %.
According to the survey, 27 % of households do not have children under the age of 16.
