On February 13 of this year, the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a presentation of the results of the “International Conference on Education Statistics” organized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Paris (France) on February 7-9 this year.
At this event, the chief specialist of the Department of statistical observations in the field of education, health, science and Innovation of the Department of Statistics of the Social Sphere and Sustainable Development of the Statistics Agency, who participated in the international conference, Bekzod Allamuradov, made a presentation on the results of participation in the conference.
During the presentation, information was provided on the issues raised at the international conference on Education Statistics.
The impact of technological developments on education statistics, improvement of existing methodology, data sources and recommended methods necessary for the formation of education statistics, as well as the experience of developed countries were also presented.
During the event, an exchange of views on the topic and detailed answers to questions of interest to the participants took place.
