On February 20 of this year, a webinar was organized at the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for employees of the department “Organization of statistical activities and summary information works” of the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent on the state of work on summary statistical indicators, analytical data and their order formation.
Also at the webinar, employees were explained in detail the procedure and methodology for generating summary statistical data, their timely publication and distribution, updating information on the official websites of regional statistical offices, and generating official statistical collections and statistical bulletins. The calculation of these indicators by region and the announcement procedure were shown with examples and answers to questions of interest were given.
At the end of the webinar, employees of the department for organizing statistical activities and consolidated information and analytical work were asked test questions regarding the questions of the webinar and their level of proficiency in the topic was assessed.
