On February 20 of this year, at the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a webinar was organized on the system of national accounts, main macroeconomic indicators and the state of work on them formation, as well as priority tasks for the future.
Also at the webinar, employees were explained in detail about the system of national accounts, the basic concepts, procedure and methodology for calculating gross domestic (regional) product. The calculation of these indicators by region and the announcement procedure were shown with examples, and answers to questions of interest were also given.
At the end of the webinar, employees of the department for organizing statistical activities and summary information works were asked test questions on the questions of the webinar and their level of proficiency in the topic was assessed.
