According to a sample survey by the Statistics Agency, as of January-December 2023 in the Tashkent region, 73.1 % of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
households with one child – 21.6 %;
households with two children – 24.2 %;
households with three children – 17.7 %;
households with four or more children – 9.6 %.
According to the survey, 26.9 % of households do not have children under the age of 16.
