On February 21 of this year, a webinar on statistical indicators of the Demography and Labor Statistics and the procedure for their formation was organized at the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for employees of the departments of “Demography and Labor Statistics” of the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent.
Also, at the webinar, the staff was explained in detail the procedure and methodology for the formation of the main statistical indicators of the Demography and Labor Statistics. The calculation of these indicators by region and the order of the announcement were shown by examples and answers to their questions were given.
After the completion of the webinar, employees of the Demography and Labor Statistics department were asked test questions on the issues of the webinar and their level of proficiency in the topic was assessed.
