On March 13, 2024, an online meeting was held between representatives of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and employees of the Office of National Statistics of the United Kingdom to exchange experience in maintaining and system maintenance of statistical registers.
During the meeting, the Statistical Register Management and System Maintenance Department of the Statistics Agency demonstrated their practice and experience in maintaining statistical registers to colleagues from the National Statistical Service of Great Britain.
In turn, representatives of the Office of National Statistics of the United Kingdom familiarized with the experience of maintaining a statistical register of enterprises in the United Kingdom.
Following the talks, the parties agreed to expand bilateral cooperation and continue dialogues and meetings on issues of interest to both sides.
