In 2023, 2.8 million tons of meat (in live weight) were produced in the republic, while meat production increased by 3.9% compared to 2022.

Andijan region – 193 thousand tons;
Bukhara region – 297.8 thousand tons;
Jizzakh region – 237.3 thousand tons;
Kashkadarya region – 325.9 thousand tons;
Navoi region – 188.3 thousand tons;
Namangan region – 175.9 thousand tons;
Samarkand region – 326.1 thousand tons;
Surkhandarya region – 214.2 thousand tons;
Syrdarya region – 73.3 thousand. tons;
Tashkent region – 306.8 thousand tons;
Ferghana region – 186 thousand tons;
Khorezm region – 184.9 thousand tons.
