In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-February 2024, large enterprises produced 1,339 tons of semi-smoked and smoked sausages, compared with the corresponding period in 2023, production increased by 14.3%.
In February 2024, large enterprises produced 620 tons of semi-smoked and smoked sausages.
