In the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 4, 2024 No. PP – 114 "On measures to organize the activities of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan", paragraph 32 defines the tasks of improving the statistical literacy of employees submitting reports to the Agency of Statistics, including business entities.
In this regard, a special 20–hour training course on statistics was organized in the city of Jizzakh from March 27 to March 29, 2024.
The director of the Institute for Advanced Training and Statistical Research, Professor Bahadir Gaibnazarov, Senior lecturer of the Department of Statistics Shavkat Djumaniyazov and those responsible for receiving statistical reports of the Department of Statistics of the Jizzakh region took part in this field training course with their presentations and video tutorials.
Detailed answers were also given to the questions of the listeners that arise in the process of preparing and submitting statistical reports. Solutions to problematic situations on the spot are shown.
At the end of the course, active students were awarded certificates.
