According to preliminary data, in January-December 2023, 11,968.7 thousand tons of milk were produced in the republic, or in relation to 2022, this figure was 102.9 %.
A significant share of the total milk volume belongs to the Samarkand region (11.7 %).
At the same time, high milk yield rates were noted in Kashkadarya (10.9 %), Fergana (9.5 %) and Khorezm (9.3 %) regions.
