In the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 4, 2024 No. PP – 114 “On measures to organize the activities of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, paragraph 32, defines the tasks of increasing the statistical literacy of workers submitting reports to the Statistics Agency, including business entities.
In this regard, together with the Department of Statistics of the Syrdarya Region, on April 24-26, 2024, a short-term training course in the direction of “Statistics” was organized on a contractual basis.
The director of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Statistical Research, Professor Bahadir Gaibnazarov, senior lecturer of the Department of Statistics Shavkat Jumaniyazov and those responsible for receiving statistical reports from the statistics department of the Syrdarya region took part in this on-site training course with their presentations and video lessons.
Detailed answers to questions from listeners that arose in the process of preparing and presenting statistical reports were also given. On-site solutions to problem situations are shown.
