On April 25, 2024, a meeting with experts from the European Education Foundation was held at the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Under the leadership of Deputy Director of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ziyaev Zohijon Muratovich, the event was attended by employees of the central office and experts of the European Education Foundation - Franka Crestani, Eva Zhansova and intern Maftuna Usmanova.
The meeting took place within the framework of the project “Dialogue and Action for Youth in Central Asia”, implemented by the European Educational Foundation.
The main goal of this project, initiated by the European Union, is to identify specialists and assess their qualifications based on the requirements of the modern labor market based on European standards.
During the meeting, the project action plan for 2024-2027 was discussed, as well as areas of cooperation in the field of statistics.
