On June 3, 2024, a presentation was held at the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the results of the fifth international seminar organized jointly by the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD), as well as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the National Bureau of Statistics of China and the Global Center for Big Data and Data Science for Official Statistics in Hangzhou, May 29-31, 2024 in Xiamen, People's Republic of China.
In the presentation, the Deputy Head of the Department of Business Environment Surveys and Entrepreneurship Statistics of the agency, Gulboyev Komiljon Rozikovich, who took part in this seminar, acquainted the participants with the issues discussed at the meeting, international methodologies for measuring and analyzing various aspects of the digital economy, classifications, statistical technologies and best practices.
Also during the event, an exchange of views on the topic took place, and questions from the participants were answered in detail.
