On June 24, 2024, the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a presentation on a business trip aimed at studying Georgia's experience in ensuring the openness of the activities of state bodies and the anti-corruption system in Georgia in the period from June 17 to 18 this year.
At the presentation, Deputy Head of the Department for Monitoring and Coordinating the activities of the open data portal Azizov Sherzod Akhmedzhanovich told the participants about the Georgian anti-corruption system, including Georgia's experience in ensuring the openness of government agencies, about the country's achievements during the period of membership in the international organization “Open Government Cooperation”, about an electronic procurement platform that ensures openness and transparency public procurement, as well as extended experience with open data, In order to share experiences on issues such as the introduction of mechanisms to prevent corruption in the activities of government agencies, he informed about the issues discussed during his official trip to Georgia.
