According to preliminary data, 5,423.2 thousand tons of milk were produced by farms of all categories in January-June 2024.
This indicator increased by 2.6% compared to the corresponding period of 2023.
Samarkand region (12.7%) accounted for the highest share of the total volume of milk production.
At the same time, Kashkadarya (10.9 %), Khorezm (10.5 %) and Fergana (9.6 %) regions also recorded high indicators of milk production.
