Today, October 29, a presentation was held on the results of the meeting held in Singapore on the topic of "Implementation of modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence".
We remind you that from October 20-25 of this year, an educational meeting was held, organized with the purpose of studying the experience of the state of Singapore in the implementation of modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence. A group of responsible employees of the agency worked there.
During the presentation, the head of the department for the development of digital technologies and interactive services of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shokhrukh Odiliv, the deputy head of the department, Shahboz Samadov, and the head of the department, Ganisher Eshmuradov, spoke and shared the knowledge and skills acquired during the study tour transferred to the employees.
In particular, the issues of using machine learning models when processing large volumes of data from the SingStat table information system developed for visual presentation of statistical information, as well as the introduction of web scraping and artificial intelligence in collecting price data, were considered.
At the same time, recommendations were provided by experts from the Government Statistics Authority of Singapore on the implementation of census information systems.
Also during the event, an exchange of views on the topic took place, and questions from participants were answered in detail.
