In our country, special attention is paid to promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population, attracting employees of state and public organizations, as well as all citizens to mass sports.
In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4954 "On measures for further development and popularization of chess and improvement of the chess player training system" dated January 14, 2021, a chess competition was held among employees of the central office of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan as part of "Chess Days" events.
According to the results of the game, the 1st place among women was taken by Lola Karimova, the chief specialist of the department for the formation of demographic indicators, the 2nd place by Salihova Gulbakhor, the head of the department for working with appeals of individuals and legal entities and control of executive discipline, the 3rd place by Nodira Tashpulatova, the leading engineer for new equipment and technology of the department for network management and technical development.
Among the men, the 1st place was won by the Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Activity and Trade Statistics - Olimjon Sidikov, the 2nd place was won by the Head of the Administrative Division – Jur’at Mirsaidov, the 3rd place was won by the Branch manager of the Energy Statistics Section - Zayniddin Egamshukurov.
The winners and prize-winners of this competition were presented with diplomas and commemorative gifts.
