On November 19 of this year, the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized an online webinar for employees of the Demography, Labor, and Gender Statistics Departments from the Statistics Offices of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and the city of Tashkent. The webinar focused on statistical indicators related to demography, labor, and gender, as well as the process of their compilation.
Also at the webinar, the staff was explained in detail the procedure and methodology for the formation of the main statistical indicators of demography and labor.
The calculation of these indicators by region and the order of the announcement were shown by examples and answers to their questions were given.
After the completion of the webinar, employees of the Departments of Demography, Labor and Gender Statistics were asked test questions on the topic of the webinar and their level of proficiency in the topic was assessed.
