On January 14 of this year, an awareness-raising event focused on the content and significance of the Labor Code, the Law "On Official Statistics," and the Law "On Conflict of Interest" was held at the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The event was attended by legal service employees from regional statistical offices.
The event was opened by D. Ibrohimov, the chief legal counsel of the Legal Department, who provided explanations to employees about the Labor Code, labor discipline, and issues that require attention when working with documents.
Furthermore, O. Soliyev, the leading legal counsel of the department, emphasized to the employees that the purpose of the Law "On Official Statistics" is to regulate relations in the field, and elaborated on the agency's authority in the area of official statistics.
D. Ibrohimov provided information and legal clarifications to employees on the content and objectives of the Law "On Conflict of Interest," potential conflicts of interest, and the declaration of potential conflicts of interest.
