On March 4, 2025, a presentation was held at the National Statistics Committee on the results of a training seminar on the population census, organized on February 24-27 of this year in the city of Tedjon, South Korea, at the initiative of Korean Statistics (KOSTAT).
At the presentation, the Head of the Department for the Organization and Conduct of Census Processes, Nurbek Sheraliyev, shared his experience in preparing for the population and housing census in Korean statistics, methods of using administrative data.
The presentation participants also learned about the use of geographic information systems for collecting, processing, and quality control of population and housing census data.
During the event, the participants exchanged views on the topic and received comprehensive answers to their questions.
